We do most of the heavy lifting for you when it comes to making a call. Here's what you need to know:
Once a conversation has been accepted and you're ready to make the call, you can get to the Call Lobby two different ways.
Selecting the notification you receive from your device is the easiest way start the call. Simply select the notification and follow the steps below.
If your notifications are not enabled, simply select the conversation icon located in the footer. At the very top, you'll see the upcoming conversation. Select the conversation you're looking to start (note, you can only initiate the call at the time your recipient has agreed to) by tapping on the "call time" located below their profile photo.
When the audio icon is illuminated purple, you're ready to go! We will automatically connect you to the recipient via our platform. The recipient will receive a call from an unknown number with you on the line!
Once the call is successful, your credit card will be billed for the donation amount and fees you've agreed to when making the conversation request initially.
